- Hosting Services Overview
We offer two distinct hosting options: one located in the United States and the other in the Netherlands. - United States Hosting:
Money-Back Guarantee: We provide a 45-day money-back guarantee for our Shared Hosting services. This guarantee is applicable only for valid reasons as specified in our terms of service. - Netherlands Hosting:
Money-Back Guarantee: For our Netherlands Hosting services, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. Similar to our US hosting, this guarantee is valid only for acceptable reasons as outlined in our terms. - Account Suspension and Termination:
Suspended Accounts: If your account is suspended, please contact our live support team or submit a support ticket to request a backup within 10 to 15 days of suspension.
Backup Retention: Backups are retained on our servers for up to 15 days post-suspension. If you require a backup after this period, a fee of $15 will be charged to retrieve your backup files.
Backup Expiry: Backups are stored on our servers for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, backups are permanently deleted, and we cannot be held responsible for any data loss. We trust you understand the importance of timely backup retrieval. -

Refund Calculation: In the event of a refund request, the amount refunded will be prorated based on the remaining unused period of your subscription. For example, if you purchased an annual plan and request a refund after 6 months of use, you will be eligible for a refund equivalent to the remaining 6 months of service.

Surcharge: A 20% surcharge will be applied to the refund amount, calculated based on the total payment made at the time of purchase. This surcharge covers administrative and processing costs associated with the refund.
- Refund Example :-
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
- Refunds do not include cost of additional services domain registration, dedicated IPs etc..
- Refunds are sent within 7th days of receiving the refund request.
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
- If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work
- Existing product upgrade or downgrade will be refunded but if client cancel Oder upgrade or downgrade in 3 Days, user will be responsible for the action.
- Claim apply to any payment gateway after 30 day service usage, will not consider for refund.
- Videos Streaming Uploading Not Allowed in any package if you upload video graphics we suspend your account. And Refund Not available in this section.
- Fund/Credit Balance
- No Refund after fund added to wallet (Credit Balance).
- Refund provided into wallet is non refundable.
- Videos Not Allowed in share hosting . non refundable.
- VPS/Windows RDP/Dedicated Server
- Refund not applicable in Windows RDP and VPS server.
- We are not provide Refund on Dedicated server because when you place order on dedicated server your order directly go to hardware team.
- If Windows RDP account is suspended after due date then we are not responsible for data loss because we sent you invoice before 7 days expire date .after suspend RDP if you want unsuspended your RDP then you need to pay 40 euro then we will unsuspended your RDP otherwise we don’t do it anything.
- If you not pay VPS payment on Time Guesshost automate system directly delete your server you are responsible for data loss because our automate system send you invoice before 15 days expire date. after delete/terminate server is not recoverable so make sure pay your invoice on time so we request to clients pay invoice on time.
- Fake Scripts not allowed in VPS if GuessHost received any compline about fake work we suspend service.
- Phishing not allowed
- All abuse complaints must be responded to no later than 24 hours after the complaint is made. Failure to reply may result in account termination. GuessHost reserves the right to remove files that do not adhere to our terms of service, local, state, or federal laws.
- Spamming Not allowed .
- Content Types :-
- We have two types of hosting ( Simple WordPress Hosting And DMCA Ignore Offshore Hosting ).
- Prohibited Content: While we accommodate various types of content, we explicitly prohibit adult content (pornography) on our hosting services, even on offshore servers.
- Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content: We have a zero-tolerance policy for child pornography or any form of illegal or exploitative material. Such content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
- We Accept Crack Software site , Movie That like site we are accepted only DMCA Ignore hosting packages.
- Spamming are not accept we are disable account without any email.
- We are not responsible for any kind of Data.
