Our Hosting Refund Policy :-

We have two types of hosting one located in USA and 2nd is Netherlands 

Fore USA :- We provide 45 Days money back guarantee in SHARE HOSTING only valid reason acceptable.

For Netherlands :- We provide 15 Days money back guarantee in Netherlands HOSTING only valid reason acceptable.

Suspend and Terminate Account :-

Make sure when your account is suspended after suspended your account ask for live support or open ticket for Backup within 10 to 15 Days after 15 days

Your Backup automatically remove from server then after 15 days if you need your backup you need to pay 15$ for your backup file make you sure your backup

available 30 days in our Backup server after 30 days your backup permanently removed from our servers then we are not responsible hope you understand.

Refund Example :- 

  1. Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
  2. Refunds do not include cost of additional services domain registration, dedicated IPs etc..
  3. Refunds are sent within 7th days of receiving the refund request.
  4. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
  5. If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work
  6. Existing product upgrade or downgrade will be refunded but if client cancel Oder upgrade or downgrade in 3 Days, user will be responsible for the action.
  7. Claim apply to any payment gateway after 30 day service usage, will not consider for refund.
  8. Videos Streaming Uploading Not Allowed in any package if you upload video graphics we suspend your account. And Refund Not available in this section. 

Fund/Credit Balance

  1. No Refund after fund added to wallet (Credit Balance).
  2. Refund provided into wallet is non refundable.
  3. Videos Not Allowed in share hosting . non refundable.

VPS/Windows RDP/Dedicated Server

  1. Refund not applicable in Windows RDP and VPS server.
  2. We are not provide Refund on Dedicated server because when you place order on dedicated server your order directly go to hardware team. 
  3. If Windows RDP account is suspended after due date then we are not responsible for data loss because we sent you invoice before 7 days expire date .after suspend RDP if you want unsuspended your RDP then you need to pay 40 euro then we will unsuspended your RDP otherwise we don’t do it anything.
  4. If you not pay VPS payment on Time Guesshost automate system directly delete your server you are responsible for data loss because our automate system send you invoice before 15 days expire date. after delete/terminate server is not recoverable so make sure pay your invoice on time so we request to clients pay invoice on time.
  5. Fake Scripts not allowed in VPS if GuessHost received any compline about fake work we suspend service.
  6. Phishing not allowed 
  7. All abuse complaints must be responded to no later than 24 hours after the complaint is made. Failure to reply may result in account termination. GuessHost reserves the right to remove files that do not adhere to our terms of service, local, state, or federal laws.
  8. Spamming Not allowed .

  2. We Accept any type of content on DMCA Ignore Hosting but we are accept Pron On Our Hosting only in offshore server but nit accept child pornography
  3. We Accept Crack Software site , Movie That like site we are accepted only DMCA Ignore hosting packages.
  4. Spamming are not accept we are disable account without any email.
  5. We are not responsible for any kind of Data.
  6. Please keep in mind all conditions .
  7. IRC scripts, eggdrops, bots, Bitcoin faucets.
  8. Mail bomber and spam scripts.
  9. Port scanners, PPC site scripts ,PTC site scripts.
  10. Brute force Programs or scripts.
  11. Top sites generator scripts.
  12. Hacker programs, credit card dumps, hacker focused sites.
  13. Fraudulent sites ( fake banking services, fake login pages, any other site mining information in illegal ways ).
  14. Viruses, trojan horses, mass ping, ddos, udp or tcp flood scripts, or other kind of desctructive scripts Survey Sites.
  15. Terrorist Sites ( Scanned and terminated instantly ).
  16. Child pornography ( If GuessHost is to locate child pornography willingly uploaded to a client account, then the client account will be terminated instantly without any possibility of a refund ).
